A novel strain of In fl uenza A (H1N1) virus emerged and outbreak of In fl uenza A (H1N1) occurred worldwide, posing a severe threat to the health of human being. In fl uenza A (H1N1) virus is highly mutable. Research indicated that the pathogenic novel strain appears to be a result of recombined virus gene segments from human in fl uenza viruses and swine in fl uenza viruses in animals before attacking human. Therefore, it has been predicted that the virus gene segments recombination is likely to cause the worldwide pandemic.
