Radiation oncology is a constantly evolving fi eld, with our clinical practice becoming increasingly evidence-based. We hope that this book will be a valuable resource to residents as they learn the fundamentals of radiation oncology. While there are excellent textbooks and “handbooks” in our specialty that serve as dayto- day resources for clinical practice, there is not a comprehensive Q&A book for preparing for the written board exam of radiation oncology conducted by the American Board of Radiology.
