As the introduction to this new volume well brings out, despite the enormous increase in research into autism spectrum disorders (ASD) there has been a paucity of good systematic studies into ASD in adolescents and adults. Nevertheless, this book does a good job in bringing together what has been found out since the first volume some three decades ago.
