This book is written as a monograph which has the characteristics of a recognizable uniform approach throughout all chapters. My philosophy, based on more than 25 years of experience, is that the arthroscope is not used for diagnosis, but as a tool to perform surgery. This means that a diagnosis must be established before the surgery.
