Gynecological malignancies comprise a wide range of different tumors with various etiologies, risk factors, and treatment principles. Prevention, diagnosis and primary treatment, and the management of recurrence are complex issues; each type of tumor requires specialized knowledge at every phase of intervention. Disseminating expert knowledge and improving the treatment of these relatively uncommon diseases requires international networking and collaboration. In this book, we have taken a number of controversial areas in the diagnosis and management of gynecological cancers.
