The idea for this book came from repeated requests from the EBM workshop participants whom I had the privilege to work with. The workshops have taken place in India, Singapore, Oxford (UK), Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt as well as Canada. The participants have somehow found my explanations more userfriendly and wanted to revisit these from time to time. It was because of this that I got motivated to write this book in a language that is simple to follow and easy to understand. I spent most of my leisure time during the last 3 years in writing this book.
