Second Edition

Seven years ago we published the first edition of ‘Ultrasound of the Gastrointestinal Tract’. In order to update the content of the textbook, 2 years ago we agreed to write a second edition; now we are pleased to present the result of our work. The two reasons which led us to do it were the large international success of the former edition, which sold out, and the wide appreciation of its comprehensive content and of its high-quality images, which proved to be very useful in daily practice.
