The attractive field of stem cell research raised considerable number of questions suggesting that tremendous piece of work is expected to be done in the near future. It is believed that within the next 6–10 years, stem cell-based applications will be used for the treatment of diabetes mellitus, heart disease, and Parkinson disease. The pluripotency of stem cells from different sources is the subject of controversies and criticism, but as one of the most prominent features of these cells is also envisioned as a powerful therapeutic approach [1–3].
