The idea of this book, Dif fi cult Cases in Endourology , came about from my feeling that a concise book with a practical approach toward the common endourologic procedures and their dif fi culties was needed. It is of utmost importance that the urologists who are interested in doing endourologic procedures have a good knowledge of the dif fi culties and complications associated with these procedures and be prepared to deal with them.
