Patients may come under the care of many different health professionals including family physicians, nurses, urologists, gynecologists, physiotherapists, geriatricians, neurologists, and rehabilitation specialists. It is recognized that the best outcomes are achieved by a multidisciplinary team approach especially with complex cases and in the elderly.
