The 10th European–Japanese Cerebrovascular Congress (EJCVC), held in Kyoto from November 13 to 16, 2022, marked a pivotal moment in the history of this esteemed series of meetings. For the 10th anniversary edition and for the first time, the congress took place in Japan, representing a significant step toward strengthening international collaboration in the treatment of cerebrovascular diseases.
