This book re fl ects our deep interest in knee pathology, particularly that of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), and emphasizes the great importance we give to the concept of subspecialization, which is the only way to confront the deterioration and mediocrity of our specialty, orthopedic surgery, and to provide our patients with better care.
