It is a huge pleasure to be participating in a book on knee reconstruction using small implants. Unlike previous publications, this book does not limit the possibility of modular replacement to a single compartment, whether tibiofemoral or patellofemoral, but offers the real possibility of articular replacement adapted to the specific type and location of the damage caused by degenerative disease.
