Vestibular disorders can result in devastating and frightful symptoms, creating dramaticchanges in immediate and long-term quality of life. Diagnosis and management of the patient afflicted with vestibular disorders is rewarding to the patient and the physician. This task is complex and begins with a thorough clinical history and neurotologic physical examination.
