This atlas is the result of a collaborative effort by a group of cytopathologists, surgical pathologists, molecular pathologists, and head and neck surgeons with the shared goal of developing a practical and uniform reporting system for salivary gland cytopathology. The atlas is cosponsored by the American Society of Cytopathology and the International Academy of Cytology.
