This book is a collection of contributions to the conference “Cognitive Enhancement,” which was held from 21 February until 1 March 2011 at the University of Mainz, Germany. During this interdisciplinary conference, young scholars from Europe, Canada and Australia met to present their work and to discuss issues related to cognitive enhancement with renowned international experts.
