Welcome to a subject that is new for some and barely understood by others: naturally occurring antibodies. The term “naturally occurring (auto)antibodies” (NAbs) stands for physiological antibodies, or autoantibodies generated in healthy humans and/or vertebrates, in contrast to those that are induced by exogenous antigens.
