A Resource-Oriented Approach to Developing Clinical Expertise

I would be the first to ask this question in a conversation about supervision among my peers. At the same time, a tacit understanding seems to exist in the psychotherapy world: good supervision is something experienced therapists can provide to students, novice therapists, and peers and requires little additional expertise, training, or education. I completely disagree.
