Staged Treatment

The treatment of severe locomotor system trauma has a long tradition in our hospital, the Rambam Medical Center, Haifa, the only tertiary hospital in the north of Israel covering a population of almost 2 million citizens. Our hospital lies less than 20 min helicopter flying time from the border, and hence, sadly due to the ever-present outbreaks of war and terror in the north of Israel along the Lebanese and Syrian borders, our trauma and orthopedic teams have accumulated vast experience in the treatment of severe injuries of the musculoskeletal system.
