The International Mini-Symposium on Auditory and Vestibular Neuropathy (Auditory Nerve Disease) was held on March 3, 2007, at the University of Tokyo, Japan. The symposium was planned to commemorate my new departure from the University of Tokyo to the National Institute of Sensory Organs.
