It is my great pleasure to welcome you to this NATO workshop on Radiological Security here at Woodlands Park. The concern of this workshop, Radiological Security, moves ever higher up the list of global security priorities. This fact, I know, puts you under greater pressure and makes greater demands on your schedules than ever before. So we are particularly grateful that you have been able to make the time to be here this weekend.
