The 11th volume of the EFORT European Instructional Lectures is a collection of all the Lectures to be presented at the 11th Congress in Copenhagen from 1st to 4th of June 2011.As always the topics are chosen to reflect some aspects of current Orthopaedic and Traumatology philosophy and practice by a group of specialists who also represent a variety of expertise which is unique to Europe.
