Introduction to Sanomechanics

Until I was 47, I was generally healthy and considered myself to be quite athletic. I would jog two to three miles a couple of times a week; every other day I went to the gym, worked out with weights, and would finish with a swim and the sauna. I played tennis, skied, and hiked on vacations.
