Attendees of a course on microsurgery of the ear are confronted with an unexpected large volume of information from the first minute on when watching live surgery. The special anatomy, biology of diseases, concepts of procedures and many of their technical details, preconditions, and consequences are discussed and transferred into surgical practice.
