Better access, without artificial barriers, to better headache services worldwide is the objective of Lifting The Burden: The Global Campaign Against Headache. Very large numbers of people have their lives affected by headache disorders, in particular migraine and tension-type headache, which collectively impose heavy individual and societal burdens and which are – or should be – public-health priorities.
