Sooner than expected, the first edition of this book has sold out. The fact that the book was so well received shows that there is a demand for a comprehensive, practice-oriented textbook of neuro-oncology. This is all the more true today as there have been many more advances in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with brain tumors than in prior decades.
