Preventive Nutrition was first published in 1997; the second edition appeared in 2001. Also in 2001, we edited a volume entitled Primary and Secondary Preventive Nutrition. In 2005, we published the third edition that was greatly expanded to include topics in Primary and Secondary Preventive Nutrition.
